“STP” and “HKPID” Incorporate “Stamp OnNet”



On 15 October 2019, “Stamp OnNet” (stamponnet.hongkongpost.hk) was integrated into Hongkong Post’s online shopping platform “ShopThruPost” (shopthrupost.hongkongpost.hk). “Stamp OnNet” members may migrate their accounts to “Hongkong Post ID” with their existing login names and passwords in a few simple steps and start placing orders via “ShopThruPost”. Local Standing Order Service or Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service members with a “Stamp OnNet” account
Remark: “Stamp OnNet” login name is a set of self-defined characters for logging in to the old “Stamp OnNet” system. It is not the LSOS or OMOS membership number (a set of 9-digit number).

Step 1: On the account migration page, select “Local Standing Order Service” or “Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service”, then enter the login name and password of your existing “Stamp OnNet” account for authentication.
To retrieve your login name or password, please select from the followings:
Local Standing Order Service - LSOS - Forgot “Stamp OnNet” login name?

Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service - OMOS - Forgot “Stamp OnNet” login name?

Step 2: Information of the existing “Stamp OnNet” account will be transferred to “Hongkong Post ID”. Please fill in the supplementary information and ensure that the email address provided is correct.

Step 3: With your account migrated to “Hongkong Post ID”, you may order stamp products via “ShopThruPost”.

Local Standing Order Service or Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service members without a “Stamp OnNet” account
Remark: Customers who are a LSOS or OMOS member with a membership number (a set of 9-digit number), but have never placed any advance order through the “Stamp OnNet” system.

Step 1: On “ShopThruPost” home page, click “Register”.

Step 2: Fill in the registration form and check whether the email address is correct.

Step 3: After successful submission of the registration form, you will be redirected and logged in automatically to “ShopThruPost”.

Step 4: On “ShopThruPost”, select “Advance Order Service” and choose “LSOS – Local Standing Order Service” or “OMOS – Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service” and provide your member information.

“LSOS – Local Standing Order Service” information includes Account No. (i.e. a set of 9-digit membership number), Identity Document No. (first 4 characters) and Contact Tel. No.
“OMOS – Overseas and Mainland Mail Order Service” information includes Account No. (i.e. a set of 9-digit membership number) and Email Address.

Click “Place Orders through My Account” to complete the linkup and start ordering stamps.
